The DJ starts with recreating a simple common style of beat and then layers complexity over that, much like a drummer would start with a basic rhythm and add in ghost notes to increase the complexity and create variation.

This course will teach you all the main styles of beat juggling patterns. Every style starts with the basics and teaches several options for increasing the complexity so you are equipped with some complex patterns but you also understand how to build your own.

Beginner turntablists will benefit from a clear, logical curriculum that makes each step up small and digestible.

Experienced beat jugglers will learn new patterns and get fresh ideas to help them develop and improve their own routines.
