Here are the main techniques from the Beginner section of the course. Generally speaking, the levels progress through:

1. Technique with no music
2. Standard timings
3. Alternate timings
4. Scales
5. Accents
6. High speed

Not all techniques have all the levels and I have not necessarily captured every possible variation here. That said, if you can master all the levels in the video, you'll be able to use each technique very flexibly so finding your own variations and musical uses will become much easier.
